We are seeking a creative Content Creator / Graphic Designer to help share our journey. You will work with the founders and buyer agents to capture behind the scenes moments of building a tech start-up, from product work and market insights to stories about the people driving it. Your focus will be producing on-brand designs and social first content across multiple platforms. This is a full time position for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment, values culture and teamwork, and is ready to grow with a venture backed company.

What you will do
Create engaging social content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Design on brand graphics, carousels, ads and presentation assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Plan and manage a content calendar with consistent weekly output
Develop clear and creative visual stories that educate and inspire
Capture simple photo or video content on location when needed and coordinate with external editors or videographers
Coordinate shoots, campaigns and newsletters, including schedules, bookings, run sheets and smooth execution
Proven experience as a content creator or graphic designer
Strong design skills in Adobe Creative Suite, plus experience with Canva or similar tools
Understanding of social media trends, content formats and audience engagement
Problem solving mindset, adaptable in fast changing situations
Flexible approach, positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to go above and beyond to deliver quality outcomes
Excellent communication and organisation skills
