Opening Soon — A Fresh Japanese Hospitality Experience in the Heart of Barangaroo
Aori is a new hospitality concept built on warmth, precision, and pride in craft. We’re assembling a team of professionals who thrive in fast-paced service, care deeply about presentation, and bring a sense of ownership to their work. Experience with Japanese cuisine, service style, or cultural sensibilities is highly regarded across all positions.
Positions Available
Hosts
Warm, confident communicators who set the tone for every guest experience. You’ll manage flow, greet guests with grace, and support the team with seamless coordination.
$28–$35/hr depending on experience + tipsWaitstaff
Service-focused professionals who bring energy, precision, and personality to the floor. You’ll guide guests through the menu, upsell with integrity, and create memorable moments.
$28–$38/hr depending on experience + tipsRunners
Fast, focused, and detail-oriented team players who keep the floor moving. You’ll support service flow, deliver dishes with care, and maintain presentation standards.
$27–$32/hr depending on experience + tipsBartenders
Creative and technically skilled, you’ll craft cocktails, manage stock, and engage guests with product knowledge and flair. Beverage training and supplier engagement available.
$30–$38/hr depending on experience + tips
