What You’ll Be Doing

As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll help shape a happy, high-performing team that loves what they do. Your days will be full of variety and purpose as you:

• Lead, motivate, and coach your team to deliver friendly, memorable customer experiences

• Manage daily cafe operations with care and attention to detail

• Keep everything running smoothly — from rostering to ordering and presentation

• Be part of the action — serving customers, supporting your team, and keeping the cafe buzzing with positive energy.

• Help drive results and celebrate wins together

Who You Are

You’re a natural people person — calm under pressure, organised by nature, and someone who leads with empathy and enthusiasm.

You’ll bring 2–3 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail, a love for food and service, and a genuine desire to help your team succeed. You communicate clearly, you solve problems quickly, and you bring warmth to everything you do.
