This well-established, Allied Health provider is excited to welcome a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant with excellent communication skills to join their Occupational Rehabilitation team. With a focus on quality service provision, you will assist valued clients in achieving positive return to work outcomes. In their Coffs Harbour office, you will find a warm, social and supportive team of multi-disciplinary Allied Health professionals.
Alongside providing quality services, participate in tailored professional development that will see you achieve your professional goals. Specifically, you are interested in developing into their site team lead, you will be equipped and supported with all of the tools you require to get there!
Your role will see you:
Take a holistic approach & apply your skills to assist your client’s recovery from injury.
Build lasting relationships with all stakeholders with a focus on positive customer service as well as taking a client-centred approach.
Conduct a range of assessments including Functional assessments.
Workplace assessments & return to work plans.
Case management & reports- liaising with a range of stakeholders.
Restoring the functional performance of clients to the highest possible level.
Participate in team meetings, collaboration and providing guidance to junior consultants (if of interest)
Participate in Professional Development that will see you upskill and develop into a team leader (if of interest)
You will come to the role with the following skills:
Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
AHPRA registration or ESSA Membership
High level reporting skills
A positive, professional, and friendly manner
Driver’s license and car
