About the role
We are looking for passionate, playful and dependable Educators to join our growing team. At Coastwide, we have been creating fun, safe and inspiring learning spaces for children for over 40 years.
We have positions available now in the Maitland / Hunter Valley region, and from Wyong through to Umina on the Central Coast.
What you'll be doing
Help design and lead exciting activities, games, and creative projects
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
Work with a great team with fantastic admin support to let you shine in your service
Maintaining clear, accurate records and documentation to support smooth operations and child safety
Build meaningful, positive connections with children, families and the community
Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Follow all policies, procedures, and legal requirements with care—helping to create a safe, respectful, and well-organised environment for everyone.
What we're looking for
A genuine love for working with school age children
Reliability, enthusiasm and a jump right in attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for creating engaging and enriching experiences for children
Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid & Child Protection (or willingness to obtain)
