Command51 is looking for a Client Service Manager to oversee multiple client sites located from Canberra to Wagga, Albury and Corowa.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being on the road and working autonomously. You must be comfortable with travel to the above areas.

About the role:

This role combines client relationship management/service delivery (60%) and business development (40%). This is a field based role that requires travel to client sites.

·        Salary: $75,000 - 85,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission + Super + Company Car and phone

·        Working hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Requirement to attend to work-related contact outside usual hours from time to time and you may also be required to work every 2nd Saturday morning. 

A typical day involves:

Client Service (60%)

  • Liaising with Command51 clients, addressing inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally

  • Managing service delivery for a prescribed number of sites within set SLAs

  • Conducting weekly site inspections and log results on our bespoke app

  • Ensure WHS compliance procedures are followed

  • Identifying opportunities for extra work outside of scope and upsell services to clients

 

Business Development (40%)

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within different sectors

  • Establish and manage key client relationships

  • Maintain up-to-date sales activity records in our bespoke software

  • Build a strong pipeline and provide regular performance reports to Directors and the Head of Client Solutions

  • Prepare costings, quotes, EOIs, proposals, RFT documents and all new site documentationaccurately

 

About you:

  • 3+ years’ experience in service delivery, business development, sales, or account management, ideally in a service or facilities management industry

  • Proven experience in client relationship management

  • Experience in supervision or management, including managing teams in multiple locations

  • Willingness to travel and spending time on the road travelling from site to site.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

  • Great problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing both staff deliverables and client expectations

  • Confident in using various IT platforms

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and operational requirements

The successful candidate must have full and unrestricted Australian work rights and driving licence.
