About the Role: As our Chef, you’ll be part of an experienced team in crafting traditional and modern Italian dishes using the freshest local ingredients. You’ll bring passion, precision, and personality to every plate — from pastas to risottos, steak, fish and seasonal specials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present authentic Italian meals with consistency and flair
• Be hands on in kitchen operations, food prep, and quality control
• Collaborate on menu development and seasonal offerings
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Support a positive team culture
About You:
• Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a similar Italian or family dining environment
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for hospitality and attention to detail
• Availability for evenings and weekends
