Performance Mining is a privately owned business providing plant hire and maintenance services across WA and the NT. We take pride in supporting our people, maintaining a modern fleet, and delivering reliable solutions to our clients.
Join a small, supportive crew maintaining major OEM HME and ancillary gear in an open-cut environment at a small gold mine in the Goldfields. You'll be working on a modern, well-maintained fleet with steady, long-term work available.
What's on offer:
Roster: 2:1 roster, providing regular time at home
Travel: DIDO from the Goldfields
Employment Type: Full-time and casual opportunities available
Equipment: Brand-new hi spec field service vehicle with fuel card provided
Rates: Up to $85 per hour (higher end for experience and dual trades)

About you:
Trade: Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent qualification)
Highly Regarded: Dual trade, air-con ticket, and tyre handling experience
Experience: Proven background working on major OEM heavy earthmoving equipment and ancillary gear within an open-cut mining environment
Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of experience with OEM heavy mining equipment including CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, and Liebherr is required
Technical Skills: Competent with diagnostic tools, including ET, SIS, and similar systems; strong fault-finding ability with experience across breakdowns, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Work Style: Reliable, self-motivated, and confident working both independently and as part of a small team
Safety: Strong commitment to safe, high-quality work practices
