OccuMED's Client Service Officers are the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of medical services at our clinics. We currently have 2 full-time positions available at our clinic located in:
Redcliffe
Manage all clinic reception and administration tasks
Coordinate and manage patient appointments and in-clinic workflow
Accurately and efficiently process and deliver medical results within set timeframes
Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with patients and stakeholders
While experience in any medical field (particularly occupational medicine) is highly regarded, strong skills in customer service and administration are essential. This role is ideal for individuals looking to further their career in the medical sector.
