At Hannah’s House we support children with complex or life-limiting conditions and their families, to live their best quality of life. From diagnosis through to recovery, or bereavement and beyond, our team provides care, comfort, and joy through:

  • High-quality clinical care and support in the home.
  • Respite, play therapy, palliative respite and end-of-life care.
  • Helping children transition home from hospital.
  • Crisis and emergency support.
  • Working in partnership with families and community providers.

About the Role

Are you a creative communicator with a passion for purpose? Do you want your work to make a real difference in the lives of children and families?

Hannah’s House is seeking a dynamic Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our impact and share our story on a part time basis working 0.8 FTE a week over 4 days, with Monday being a required day. This is your chance to put your digital skills to work for good, and join a compassionate, values-driven team that’s dedicated to bringing care, comfort and joy to children with life-limiting or complex conditions.

Key Responsibilities include:

You’ll work closely with our Fundraising and Marketing Manager to:

  • Develop and deliver engaging marketing and fundraising campaigns
  • Create content across digital and print platforms
  • Coordinate community fundraising and events
  • Grow brand awareness and stakeholder engagement
  • Support donor relationships and CRM management

About you

  • 3–4 years’ experience in marketing, communications or digital media
  • Must have Event management experience
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Experience with Canva, WordPress, and social media platforms
  • A collaborative spirit and a heart for helping others
  • Commitment to child safety and wellbeing

Mandatory Requirements:

  • National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Australian work rights and valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends for events
