your role
Manage a dynamic and established commercial property with a focus on industrial assets!
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end management of commercial leases and tenant relationships
- Rent collection, arrears management, and outgoing reconciliations
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs with cost efficiency
- Lease renewals, rent reviews, and option notices
- Preparing lease and disclosure documentation, reports, and inspections
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:
- Previous experience in commercial property management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Confidence handling lease documentation and compliance
- Tight-knit and collaborative team environment
- Full ownership of your portfolio
- Exposure to a long-standing, respected agency in the south-east
