We’re now looking for a dedicated AV Installation Technician to join our growing team and help shape the future of AV systems in Darwin and beyond.

As an AV Installation Technician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier AV solutions for our clients. From installing, integrating, and programming cutting-edge AV systems to supporting and maintaining them post-installation, you’ll be involved in a variety of dynamic, hands-on projects.
You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your skillset through industry-leading training while working on exciting, high-profile projects.
AV Equipment Installation & Integration – Setup of audio, visual, and control systems to specification.
Technical Support – Conduct site visits to troubleshoot, maintain, and update systems.
Automation & Control Programming – Work with industry-standard platforms for smart control and automation.
Video Conferencing Setup & Support – Implement and troubleshoot video conference systems for seamless collaboration.
Client Communication – Work directly with clients to ensure projects meet their expectations.
Documentation – Maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation and provide detailed reports.
You’re someone who takes pride in their craft and loves working with state-of-the-art technology. Here’s what will make you successful in this role:
Technical Expertise: Experience in audio, video, lighting, and networking systems.
Communication: You can explain complex technical solutions clearly and professionally.
Quality Work: You take pride in tidy, high-standard installations that reflect your skills.
Problem-Solving: You enjoy troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Certifications: Relevant AV certifications (Crestron, KNX, Dynalite, Q-SYS, etc.) are a plus, but we also support your professional growth through training.
Qualifications:
Essential: Cabling license (Open Cabler), White Card, Working with Children Ochre Card, criminal history check and Driver’s License with clean driving history.
Desirable: NTPFES PF166 or the ability to obtain it.
