Lead with purpose and inspire daily! We are seeking a driven Senior/Experienced Centre Director to lead, inspire, support and manage our team of Educators, and run the day-to-day operations of our amazing service!

Our well-established centre with long-term staff is awaiting the right Centre Director to make it their own! This is a rare opportunity for a strong leader to join our team!

About your new role

• Assist with managing the day to day operations of the Centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures.

• Provide leadership and guidance to all staff.

• Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of Educators.

• Assist with managing staffing rosters efficiently.

• Assist with managing the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children and the local business community.

A little about you

• A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA.

• Must have 3+ years experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.

• Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications. 

• Extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
