Job Title: Key Worker
Location: Central Coast NSW
Workplace option: Hybrid/Remote
Work Type: 3 days to full time
Annual Salary Range: $65,000 to $85,000 incl. super

This role is based across the Central Coast, supporting families in their homes, schools, communities and online, with the flexibility to structure your week in a way that works for you.

Full time admin support so you can focus on client work
Full time IT support so your systems run smoothly
Our in house NDIS specialist trains you every week so you can master the NDIS and advocate at the highest level
Fortnightly coaching with the CEO to help you grow professionally and personally
Fortnightly supervision with senior clinicians
Regular PD, team training and opportunities to shadow SPs and OTs across sessions
A culture that feels like family and genuinely cares
Real autonomy once you show you can deliver with integrity
Work flexibly from home, in the community, at schools or co working days with the CEO in the community

What the Role InvolvesActing as the central point of contact for families and providing coordinated early childhood support
Helping children build skills across daily routines, emotional regulation, communication readiness, play and early independence
Coaching parents and caregivers to implement strategies in the home
Supporting families to understand and navigate the NDIS
Collaborating with speech pathologists, occupational therapists, educators and support coordinators
Facilitating play based learning and early development activities
Building family capacity through modelling, guidance and consistent communication
Writing progress notes within 24 hours
Contributing to reports and functional updates
Sharing videos of your day for our socials if comfortable

We OfferSalary between $80,000 and $95,000 including super, depending on experience

Work from home, in the community or by the beach

Weekly and fortnightly supervision
Full training in NDIS, advocacy and working within a transdisciplinary framework
A supportive, connected team
A workplace that prioritises well being, psychological safety and sustainable caseloads
A degree or relevant experience in psychology, social work, human services, disability, teaching or a related field
Experience working with children, young people or families
Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
A driver licence and access to a car

Experience with the NDIS (or a willingness to learn)
Experience supporting neurodivergent people
A passion project, interest area or creative idea you want to bring to life
Confidence working across early intervention ages or varied needs
