About the Role
Reporting to the GM – Corporate, the Online Orders Team Leader oversees the end-to-end online order process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and exceptional customer service. You’ll supervise the Web Order Assistant, coordinate order workflows and maintain high-quality standards across all online sales channels.
Key Duties
Lead and support the Online Orders team, providing daily direction and coaching
Oversee accurate and timely processing of online orders
Coordinate with Warehouse, Customer Service and Inventory teams to resolve issues
Maintain quality control for packing, accuracy and dispatch
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
Deliver training and ensure processes are followed
Identify workflow improvements to enhance speed and customer experience
Skills & Experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accurate data entry
Confident with systems and MS Office
Calm, organised and able to manage changing priorities
Police Check + NDIS Worker Screening (post-onboarding)
