We are currently seeking a skilled Glazier to join our valued team fulltime. We are looking for a knowledgeable individual with strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to achieving exceptional results together.
Based in Melbourne, you can be sure to work in new locations every day.
Working in both Domestic and Commercial sectors, we offer a broad range of glass and glazing services including Commercial Shopfronts, Residential Hack-outs, Partitions, Splash-backs, Glass balustrades, Glass shower-screens, Mirrors and more.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Confident in measuring, cutting glass, caulking glass and perimeters
Must be able to read and understand architectural plans; specifications and schedules if required
Know and understand building and construction methods, materials, and tools
Safely install, repair, and replace glass in windows, curtain walls, skylights, and other structures at elevated locations
Adhere to and enforce strict safety protocols and guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of the team
Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
Ability to adapt to new systems and learn quickly
Must have well developed organization and time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to follow OH&S standards

Attendance of Site Meetings
Skills & Experience
MUST be Trade Qualified
MUST hold a drivers licence
Must hold a White Card and EWP Cards
Experienced in both domestic and commercial glazing
Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and installing glass in challenging settings
Familiarity with specialized tools and equipment used in high-risk glazing projects
