Diploma Educator: Full-Time / Part-Time (Ages 3-5)

Join our team as a dedicated Educator (Level 3.4 Award classification). We offer opportunities for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles working with children aged 3 to 5 years.

Core Responsibilities

  • Implement daily educational programs and routines using the EYLF and a play-based curriculum.

  • Provide nurturing supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of all children.

  • Observe and document learning; assist with the assessment and planning cycle.

  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.

  • Adhere strictly to centre policies and the ECA Code of Ethics.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma (or above) in Early Childhood Education and Care.

  • Current WWCC and satisfactory Police Check.

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.

  • Current Mandatory Reporting Certificate.

  • Strong knowledge of the VEYLDF and current regulations.

  • Available for rotating shifts (Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 6:30 pm).
