We're working with a leading commercial fit-out contractor with a strong pipeline of work to recruit an experienced site supervisor to manage their projects across office spaces, education, retail, hospitality and healthcare facilities providing a good variety of different projects for you to get your teeth into.
The Role:
Lead and Supervise all site operations: planning, coordination, scheduling, resource allocation
Prepare site reports, conduct meetings and liaise with key stakeholders
Oversee subcontractors, trades and site labour whilst maintaining site WHS requirements
Assist in driving programme delivery whilst ensuring quality & compliance
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in supervising commercial fit-out projects ranging from $5m-$10m in value
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
High level of organisation and attention to detail
