Future Golf is currently recruiting for a part-time / casual Customer Support Agent to join
the existing Support Team.
About the role:
You will play a key role in managing support queries from Future Golf members,
providing them with an exceptional level of service.Working hours are between 8 am and 8 pm from Monday to Friday. Support KPIs
(public comments, average first-time response, etc.) will be provided as guidance,
allowing candidates to have flexible working hours.This role will start with 20-30 hours per week, with the opportunity to go full-time for the right candidate.

A friendly and solution-oriented person who can help us foster the best community in
golf.
Ideally, you will have customer service experience and a passion for golf.
