Oral Health Therapist | Richmond Fine Dentistry
Part-time 3 days per week | Busy books from day one | Premium, eco-conscious clinic
Richmond Fine Dentistry is growing fast and we’re looking for an experienced Oral Health Therapist to join our team part-time (3 days per week). With high patient demand and a strong preventive focus, you’ll step straight into a busy, well-supported clinic where Oral Health is central to patient care.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team of 4 Dentists and 3 OHTs who value best-practice dentistry, exceptional patient experience, and long-term oral health outcomes.
About the role:
Working closely with our Dentists and Oral Health team, you will provide high-quality preventive and therapy services within your scope, including:
Periodontal assessments, treatment and maintenance
Scaling, polishing, fluoride and preventive programs
Tailored oral health education and long-term care planning
Children’s preventive care through our Kids Club program
Independent clinical delivery in a supportive, team-first environment

What you’ll bring:
Bachelor of Oral Health (or equivalent)
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
Professional indemnity insurance
2+ years’ experience
Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
