Join a high-trust team operating in sensitive, complex environments. Chameleon Strategic is seeking dependable, discreet professionals for full-time roles on a 4-on/4-off, 12-hour shift roster.
This is not standard security work—expect critical decision-making, confidential tasks, and dynamic operational demands. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy, professionalism, and discretion. Must-have: Security licences (including Armed Guard and Handgun), advanced first aid, valid driver’s licence, clean police and Working with Children checks. Prior experience in military, law enforcement, or high-stakes government roles is ideal.
