Protech is currently seeking experienced MC Operators for immediate start across Multiple Mine Sites in the Bowen Basin. These are ongoing roles with a structured roster and excellent pay.
Carborough Downs Mine
Roster: 7 days on 6 days off - 7 nights on 8 days off
Shifts: 12 hour shifts - 6.00am to 6.00pm - 6.00am to 6.00pm
Moorvale Mine
Roster: 7 days on 6 days off - 7 nights on 8 days off
Shifts: 12 hour shifts - 6.00am to 6.00pm - 6.00am to 6.00pm
Vitrinite Mine
Roster: 4 days 4 nights (Pyjama day in between) 8 days off
Shifts: 12 hour shifts - 6.00am to 6.00pm - 6.00am to 6.00pm
About the Role
DIDO & FIFO (Brisbane)
Bus provided from Mackay Airport to camp
Operate Double Road Train
Onsite haulage of coal materials between pits and site areas
Off-road driving on haul roads
Strict adherence to site safety protocols
Work independently with strong time management
Requirements
MC Licence (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years’ experience operating road trains
Experience in mining or heavy haulage environments
Current Coal Board Medical
Current Standard 11
RII Loader – advantageous
Australian work rights
Two current references
