Lenergy is a fast-growing solar and battery solutions provider, committed to making renewable energy affordable and accessible for Australian homeowners. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and reliable Part-Time Dispatcher to join our warehouse team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
About the Role
Based at our Moss Vale Head Office, this part-time position offers flexibility while giving you the opportunity to be part of a growing, forward-thinking company. You’ll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing stock, coordinating deliveries, and supporting the day-to-day logistics of a busy solar business. You’ll work closely with our operations and installation teams to ensure materials are where they need to be — on time and ready to go.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving, stocktaking, and dispatching goods
Coordinating stock movements and replenishment
Loading and unloading deliveries using a forklift
Maintaining accurate warehouse records and inventory control
Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised at all times
Ensuring all equipment and stock are handled safely and efficiently
Supporting general warehouse operations and upkeep
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or dispatch environment
Current Forklift Licence (LF) – essential
Valid driver’s licence – required for occasional local pickups or deliveries
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
