Mingfa Trading Co Pty Ltd is a leading grocery wholesale company, providing high-quality Asian and international food products to retailers and restaurants across Australia. Due to our continuous business expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Customs Declaration & International Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team. The Customs Declaration & International Logistics Officer is responsible for handling import/export customs clearance procedures and coordinating international shipping operations to ensure goods arrive safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit import/export customs clearance documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers.
Track shipment schedules and resolve customs or logistics issues.
Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.).
Maintain accurate records and assist in logistics reporting.
Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.=
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in customs declaration or international logistics.
Familiar with Australian import/export procedures and documentation.
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) – this is essential.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with logistics systems preferred.
