Responsibilities:
Delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction
Managing a portfolio of 120 rental properties
Open homes mid-week
Trust accounting is handled for you - just focus on what you do best
Working closely with our rental team in a supportive, energetic environment where we celebrate wins and smash goals together
Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions and legislation updates
Requirements:
Your great energy, sense of humour and personal drive
Agent’s Representative Certificate
Drivers licence
Property management experience is preferred
Enthusiasm, self-driven and results focused
Knowledge of PropertyMe property management software would be delightful
