What you'll bring:
Proven experience leading a team in retail or hospitality (fast-paced environments are a plus!)
Natural energy, positivity and a hands-on leadership style
The ability to coach, motivate and grow a young, passionate team
A genuine interest in self-care, beauty or lifestyle products
A love for creating a welcoming, inclusive store culture
