Now, we’re looking for a creative Digital Marketer who’s ready to bring ideas to life, contribute to a collaborative team, and help tell the story of a brand that’s truly evolving.

This is an office-based role at our Terrey Hills headquarters, where you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and team to brainstorm, create, and deliver campaigns that inspire action.

We’re a small, supportive group that loves collaboration — every idea is valued, every voice is heard, and creativity drives everything we do.

• Create & Collaborate: Bring fresh ideas to the table — whether it’s a video concept, campaign theme, or customer story worth telling.

• Email & SMS Campaigns: Craft and send communications that connect with customers, build trust, and generate bookings.

• Website Upkeep: Keep our online presence current and engaging — updating content, layouts, and visuals as needed.

• YouTube & Video Content: Help grow our YouTube channel through authentic, story-driven videos that highlight real jobs, our team, and our values.

• Technology & Tools: Use ServiceTitan, Google Analytics, and marketing platforms to track performance and find ways to work smarter.

• Technical Know-How: Use your basic understanding of coding (HTML, CSS or similar) to refine digital assets, format emails, or assist with integrations.

• 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing or content creation.

• Experience with email and SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).

• An understanding of coding fundamentals (HTML/CSS) — or a willingness to learn and explore.

• A genuine passion for creativity — you love sharing ideas, testing new approaches, and learning through doing.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills — you thrive in a space where collaboration is key.

• Organised, flexible, and curious — you can manage multiple projects while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
