• Manage an established, extremely well-maintained portfolio with dedicated team support

• Enjoy autonomy while working closely with a high-performing, collaborative team both on and off shore.

• Full-time, Monday to Friday role with flexible work options.

• Choose your location Thornton or Cameron Park

• Full end-to-end portfolio management - no accounts

• Liaise directly via the industry leading PM operations platform to guide your offshore administration assistant.

• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Coordinate maintenance and inspections

• Manage NCAT documentation and represent clients at hearings when required

• Current NSW Real Estate License

• 2 years’ min experience in property management

• Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with excellent communication skills

• Highly organised individual that embraces technology and innovation.

• Strong relationship builder, happy to focus on dollar productive activities and trust our processes and assists to deal with the daily admin.

• Experience collaborating with off shore support, highly regarded

• Latest technology, highly streamlined systems, and VA support

• Hands on Supportive Director and a tight-knit, collaborative team

• Extremely well managed and organised portfolio managed currently by Head of Department who is not going anywhere
