About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and banking reconciliations, looking to expand their skill set and grow within a supportive finance team. The role starts as a 1-3 month temporary contract, with a strong view to permanency for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to End Accounts Payable
- Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end reporting and general ledger reconciliations
- Support with journal entries and accruals
- Assist with BAS preparation and other compliance tasks
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
About You:
- 2 years experience in AP and bank reconciliations
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or currently studying
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Experience in the property industry (preferred but not essential)
- Intermediate Excell and Experience with a large ERP system
