Rate: $28.28 – $34.83/hr (WT 2.1 – WT 3.4, based on experience)
As an Educator, you will:

• Support the delivery of engaging and high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.

• Create a safe, inclusive environment that nurtures learning and development.

Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

• ACT Working with Vulnerable People Registration (WWVP)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012)

Rate: $38.09 – $39.34/hr (WT 5A.1 – 5.4, based on experience)
As an Educational Leader, you will:

• Mentor educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.

• Guide curriculum planning and reflective practices aligned with EYLF and NQS.

• Collaborate with the Service Manager and leadership team to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

• Minimum 3 years of sector experience

• Strong pedagogical knowledge and mentoring skills

• ACT WWVP Registration and HLTAID012 certification

Rate: $35.35 – $43.54/hr (WT 2.1 – WT 3.4 + 25% loading)
As a Casual Educator, you will:

• Support room teams across various age groups.

• Build relationships with children and educators quickly to ensure consistent quality of care.

• Embrace flexibility and adaptability within a supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• ACT WWVP Registration

• HLTAID012 certification
