Our client is a EXPANDING mercantile agency based in Parramatta and they are looking for motivated and enthusiastic 3 X Collections Officers to join their friendly and social team. These would be ideal opportunities for university graduates as a first career step into the workforce ($60K+S and monthly bonus) or an experienced collections officer (up to $75K+S and monthly bonuses).
Training provided by experienced trainers, 1 day WFH arrangement after probation, earn up to $500 monthly bonuses, fun social team culture!
The role -
As a Collections Officer, you’ll be at the frontline making outbound calls to locate customers and investigate overdue accounts.
Negotiate repayment plans and solutions to suit our customers’ circumstances.
Investigations to locate and establish contact with our customers -
Build and establish relationships with customers with rapport and trust - Creating positive outcomes by negotiating repayment solutions -
Problem solving and objection handling
To be successful in one of the following roles, you must have:
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Degree in a finance related field (or working towards a degree) and min 6 months experience in a customer services/call centre or retail industry
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with KPIs and targets
MUST Hold an Australian Permanent Resident Visa or Citizen of Australia
