Qualifications & experience
Minimum 2 years experience in similar venue and position
Must have previous experience in entry level & supervisory roles
Strong track record in managing operations
Previous International experience is advantageous
Updated Liquor Control Courses
Tasks & responsibilities
Support the Bar Manager/Director in overseeing the bar’s operations, ensuring efficiency and quality
Work closely with Head Bartender
Supervise servers, fostering a positive and professional team culture
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and reservations to ensure satisfaction
Must enjoy working with and taking care of people, without compromising on the basics
Getting the basics right & being consistent at all times.
Strong attention to detail
Stay composed during peak periods
Hard working & Reliable. Communication skill are imperative
Organised, Committed and a Solid Team Player
Ability to manage key costs such as Cost of Goods, Payroll etc. diligently.
Create, execute and maintain operational standards
Ensure strong focus on training & development
Ensure venue is maintained efficiently and periodically
