About the role

Join our talented team of Clinical Psychologists, Psychologists and therapists at Life & Mind Psychology in Caringbah, NSW. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist or Psychologist to join our full-time practice. This role is also open to Clinical Psychology Registrars.

What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy to individuals, including adults, teenagers, and children if that is an area of interest

• Working collaboratively with clients to develop and implement tailored treatment plans

• Maintaining detailed client records and preparing reports where appropriate

• Participating in regular supervision, training and professional development activities

• Contributing to the growth, morale and development of the practice

What we're looking for

• Registration as a Psychologist or endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

• Experience delivering psychological services in a clinical or private practice setting

• Experience in evidence-based psychological therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-Based Interventions

• Strong clinical assessment, case conceptualisation and treatment planning skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for providing exceptional client care
