About the Role

SSP Australia is seeking passionate Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team at Luke’s Bistro & Bar, Sydney Airport T3. With AM and PM shifts available. As a hands-on leader, you’ll support and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional service and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• 2–3 years' experience in a Shift Supervisor or Team Leader role within food & beverage or quick-service environments.

• Proven ability to lead and support a team of 5-10 employees.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a lead-by-example attitude.

• Solid understanding of food safety standards and procedures.

• Flexible availability to work across AM and PM shifts.

• Confident multi-tasker with a can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment serving 100+ customers per hour.

• Team player who can also work independently and proactively.
