Pharmacy Assistant Traineeship
Location: LiveLife Pharmacy Noosaville
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, customer focused and community minded individual to join our team in the role of Pharmacy Assistant Trainee. The successful applicant will join a busy retail Pharmacy and have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the functioning of the store. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills and become a valuable member of the team. This position would suit those starting out in pharmacy who are interested in a long team pharmacy career, willing to learn and passionate about providing great customer experiences
The successful candidate will need to be able to and interested in completing a Certificate III in Community Pharmacy traineeship – the dispensary stream.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customers are greeted and served with a smile
Putting away front of shop stock in a timely and correct manner
Ensuring front of shop stock is stored in appropriate areas
Continually learning about new products and keeping up-to-date with in store promotions
Build and maintain effective relationships
The successful applicant will have the following skills and knowledge:
Must be interest in learning pharmacy
Have a great eye for presentation and detail
Ability and willingness to grow, learn and implement knowledge within the pharmacy
Ability to live & breathe our values
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to laugh and smile
Be inspiring and maintain a positive attitude at all times
Ability to fully engage with your customers as well your team mates
Be an enthusiastic team player
Ability and interest in completed a Certificate III Community Pharmacy Traineeship*
The successful Pharmacy Assistant will work with a supportive and friendly pharmacy team. This is a permanent full-time role and will include weekend work. Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications.
