About the role
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Registered Nurse Primary Health, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to our diverse patient population. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Pay rates from $80-$180 per hour

What you'll be doing
Traveling Australia to work across a range of Primary Healthcare clinics
Conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with a range of medical conditions
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
Administering medications, treatments and procedures in accordance with established protocols
Monitoring patient progress and promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
Providing patient education and promoting self-management strategies
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining professional development
What we're looking for
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
REC/MEC Qualification
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a primary healthcare or general medical/surgical nursing setting
