Q Kommus Pty Ltd (KJ Food) is a growing importer and wholesaler based in Underwood, Brisbane.
We specialise in Korean, Japanese, and Asian food products, supplying supermarkets, grocery stores, and foodservice businesses across Queensland.
As our product range and customer base continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead both marketing and sales initiatives.

This full-time Marketing Specialist position in Brisbane is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and product sales.
The role combines marketing strategy with B2B and B2C client support, ensuring promotional activities directly contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in Korean and/or Chinese is essential for communicating with our primary customers in Korean and Chinese markets.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital and offline) for new and existing products.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

• Manage social media, website content, and online advertising activities.

• Plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.

• Prepare marketing materials, newsletters, and sales support content.

• Analyse marketing data and prepare performance reports to guide business decisions.

• Assist the sales team with B2B client liaison, order management, and communication in Korean and/or Chinese.

• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in marketing or brand management

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Proficiency in Korean and/or Chinese for client and supplier interactions

• Familiarity with Asian food or FMCG industry is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
