We’re seeking experienced trades to join our expanding crews across mining sites in the Hunter Valley. Whether you’re after long-term stability or flexible ADHOC work — we’ve got a spot for you.
�� What’s On Offer
- Secure Tier 2 contracts supporting major Tier 1 mining clients — long-term, consistent work
- Multiple rosters available: Lifestyle, 4-Panel, or flexible ADHOC
- Diverse opportunities:
- Workshop Crew
- Rebuilds
- Breakdown Crew
- Field Service – Hunter Valley
- Employment options: FTE - PERM | FTE - CASUAL| SUBCONTRACTOR
- Casual: $75 – $87.50 p/h (role & experience dependent)
- Full-time: $60 – $70 p/h
- Subcontractor: $90 – $115 p/h
- Plus: plenty of overtime + penalties where applicable
- Lifestyle Roster – Even Time
- 4-Panel – Even Time
- Monday–Thursday rotating Day/Night shifts
- Flexible ADHOC options for balance and flexibility
- Flexible Rosters - Work as much or as Little as you like
- Coal LSL
- 6 weeks annual leave (full-time)
- Work ute + fuel (role dependent)
- Employee referral bonuses

- Supportive, down-to-earth team culture
- Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology, Auto Electrical or Electrotechnology (or equivalent)
- NSW Certificate of Proficiency (or ability to obtain)
- Mine site experience
- Strong understanding of CAT and/or Komatsu machinery
- High safety and communication standards
- Reside within 100 km of Singleton or Muswellbrook (or able to stay nearby)
