The role and team

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a skilled Digital Designer to join our Trading Team. You will focus on enhancing speed-to-market opportunities and maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines across digital and non-digital channels, supporting the effective delivery of impactful creative solutions.

The role is a supportive position within the ANZ Creative Hub team, collaborating closely with the Lead Designer and Senior Finished Artist to develop and design high-quality, engaging content for social and digital channels, national campaigns, creative refreshes, adaptations, and various brand initiatives.

So, who are you?

• You should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong Adobe Creative Cloud Suite skills (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AI Platforms, Firefly, Figma & HTML/Javascript)

• You are experienced in creating and delivering engaging content through social media and marketing programs (essential)

• Proficient in conceptualizing, creating, and editing multimedia content, including videos, stop motions, and animations, using Adobe Suite

• Assist with AV and photography shoots when required; experience with filming content is favourable

• Retail digital design experience is preferred.  You will be skilled in designing for digital, print, and social media, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-volume output

• You are resourceful, creative, organised and detail-oriented, able to work independently and perform under pressure and meet tight campaign deadlines

• You are a collaborative team player with strong communication skills for campaign and marketing teams.
