We’re looking for a Field Service Technician who’s hands-on, reliable, and passionate about their work to join our growing Sydney team. This role isn’t your average vending or delivery job, it’s an opportunity to make a real impact every day.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our network of Refillers operates smoothly by managing on-site servicing, restocking, cleaning, and basic maintenance. You’ll be the friendly face of Refilled by supporting clients, troubleshooting minor issues, and keeping every dispenser fully functional.

• Refill machines with flavour cartridges, CO₂ cylinders and functional boosters at client locations (Sydney CBD within a 20km radius)

• Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance (faults, internet connectivity, LEDs, flow sensors, carbonation levels etc).

• Conduct routine cleaning to maintain high hygiene standards.

• Deliver and install Refillers at new client sites or offsite events.

• Log activities and report any technical issues via mobile service applications.

• Maintain accurate inventory of stock and replacement parts at warehouse locations.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and positive on-site experience.

• Current valid Driver’s License.

• Ability to complete a Police Check.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a small, high-performing team.

• Physically capable of lifting and transporting materials and equipment.
