About the role
We are seeking a talented Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Porter Commercial.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient day-to-day management of a property portfolio which includes commercial, industrial and retail properties.

What you'll be doing
Manage the leasing, rent collection, and tenant relationships for a portfolio of commercial properties
Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
Prepare and monitor property budgets, financial reports, and key performance metrics
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure optimal property performance
Identify and implement strategies to maximise occupancy rates and rental income
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies
Provide excellent customer service and effective communication skills
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property management
Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and leasing practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Proficient in using Cirrus8 property management software and MS Office applications
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Relevant tertiary qualification in property management, real estate, or a related discipline
