As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our portfolio of private commercial clients — including offices, medical centers, gyms, and more.

This is a part-time position (3 days per week) with a clear pathway to a full-time role and long-term career growth for the right candidate.

Your Role

As our Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and securing new commercial cleaning contracts. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will support AAC Property Services in achieving its business objectives and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential private commercial clients

• Build strong, long-term relationships and understand client needs

• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes and proposals

• Maintain client records, leads, and follow-up activities using CRM systems

• Support client onboarding in collaboration with the operations team

About You

• Proven experience insales, business development, or client relationship management (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Competent with basic computer programs (CRM, MS Office)

• Valid driver’s licence – fuel/petrol allowance provided
