About the Role
A growing residential construction team is seeking an experienced
Contract Administrator to manage end-to-end contract administration, prestarts, and client liaison for a portfolio of single and double-storey homes across Perth.
You’ll report to the Director and Development Manager, working closely with the Construction Manager. You’ll have the opportunity to refine processes in a team still establishing systems (currently using Buildxact).
Key Requirements - Experience with a residential construction volume builder in an end-to-end Contract Administrator role
- Strong client liaison and prestart experience
- Comfortable working in a semi-structured, evolving environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient with construction software (Buildxact experience advantageous)
