About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Store Manager to lead the Marion team to success. In this role, you'll drive sales, coach and develop your team, and create an in-store experience that keeps customers coming back.
What You Will Do
Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve sales and service targets.
Deliver an engaging and welcoming store experience for every customer.
Manage rosters, stock, and visual merchandising with precision.
Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve KPIs.
What You Will Bring
Previous retail management experience, ideally in apparel.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team.
Commercial acumen and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
A positive attitude and a genuine love for fashion and styling.
