We are seeking a highly motivated and inspiring Centre Manager to lead our dedicated team and uphold high standards of care and education.

As the Centre Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated educators

  • Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the wider community

  • Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and quality standards

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth

You’ll be supported by a collaborative management team and have the opportunity to shape the service’s success while growing your own professional journey.

About You

You are a confident, compassionate, and experienced leader who thrives on building connections and guiding others. You demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a deep understanding of what quality early education looks like in practice.

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • ACECQA-approved Diploma (or higher qualification) in Early Childhood Education

  • Experience as a Centre Manager (essential)

  • Current Blue Card and First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

  • Child Protection training – Identifying and Responding to Children and Young People at Risk

  • Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and EYLF

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills

  • Sound understanding of CCS software and administrative systems

  • A genuine passion for creating inclusive, family-focused learning environments
