This is an opportunity for a driven Structural Engineer to take on a key leadership role, working alongside experienced Directors to shape the next phase of growth.

About You
8+ years’ experience in Brisbane, you know the local scene
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and CPEng accreditation
Proven success delivering building projects across multiple sectors
Bring your own contacts & strengthen current client base
Strong project leadership and commercial management experience
Collaborative mindset with the confidence to influence and challenge
Approachable, with an ability to inspire and motivate others
Commercially astute with a focus on client outcomes
Ambitious mindset with a desire to shape a growing team
Confident communicator with a no-nonsense approach
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and delivery of building projects
Produce documentation, reports and technical specifications
Manage budgets, schedules and project performance
Strengthen client relationships and win repeat work
Mentor and develop junior staff within the team
Drive continuous improvement across project delivery
Collaborate with other offices on national initiatives
Contribute to business development and growth strategy
Promote a positive, high-performing team culture
