Position Overview: Reporting to the State Manager and supported by a Team of 9 Customer Support Coordinators and Service Technicians, you will be joining a stable Management Team that work together to deliver both strategic and operation business outcomes. Broadly this appointment will encompass leadership and action to oversee the daily operations with the aim to ensure a high standard of maintenance and repairs to mobility support equipment is provided while ensuring that activities align with budget expectations. Your continual interaction with customers and the wider business will allow you to commit to continuous development and the updating of procedures within the QMS as you monitor the daily, weekly and monthly job activity, service and financial delivery.
