What We’re Looking For:
· Dedicated chefs and cooks with formal culinary training and at least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen;
· Kitchen hands with good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards;
· Individuals who thrive in a busy kitchen and are committed to delivering high-quality dishes.
· Team players who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Main responsibilities:
CHEFS:
· Plan menus and develop new recipes
· Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate kitchen operations
· Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
· Monitor inventory and order supplies
· Enforce food safety and hygiene standards
COOKS:
· Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
· Set up and maintain workstations and equipment
· Assist in menu preparation and portion control
· Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
· Follow food safety guidelines during preparation and storage
KITCHEN HANDS
Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Assist with basic food preparation (e.g., chopping vegetables)
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas
Dispose of waste and recycling properly
Refill supplies and stock ingredients as needed
