We are looking for ‘experienced’ Concrete staff either currently located in Perth, or looking to relocate from the Eastern States to Perth, Western Australia.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Concreter and Concrete Labourer's for various positions with a minimum of 2 years’ industry experience, who can work independently and in a team environment, on large-scale industrial construction projects. If you’ve worked on large slab projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role across multiple sites located south of the river in Perth.

Key Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in large-format commercial/industrial slab placement

Proficient in:

• Site preparation

  • Levelling, spreading, reinforcing, and finishing concrete

  • Forming and installing concrete panels

  • Ride-on trowel machine use (panning and finishing)

  • Hand screeding

• Solid understanding of construction techniques and site safety

• Experience with trowel machines and other relevant equipment

• Ability to read and interpret drawings

• Strong team player with the ability to work unsupervised

What We Expect From You

• Previous construction industry experience

• High-quality workmanship aligned with industry standards

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Safety-first mindset

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work outside normal hours if required

• Full driver’s licence and own transport

• White Card (construction induction)
