About the Role
Tenure: We currently have two permanent full-time positions for immediate filling.
The ICT Service Delivery team is responsible for the provision of effective, efficient, and timely ICT services to support agency staff. This includes help desk and desktop support, ticket management and device lifecycle management.
We are seeking proactive and customer-focused ICT Support Officers to join our dynamic team, delivering high-quality support services to the Department’s staff and contractors. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving a range of technical issues — from troubleshooting complex hardware and software problems to managing ICT incidents in line with industry best practices. You’ll play a key part in maintaining efficient, fit-for-purpose support services, while helping to build a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the ICT service delivery function.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ability to communicate technical information clearly and build strong stakeholder relationships will be essential. With responsibility for managing service tickets, supporting end-user devices, and contributing to process improvements and knowledge base development, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on both day-to-day operations and the long-term success of our ICT services.
If you’re ready to take ownership, lead by example, and be part of a team that values professionalism and innovation, we’d love to hear from you!
